Seed Value’s business readiness programs ensure new careers are launched from a solid foundation and lead to ultimate success in the business world. We take school leavers through a structured learning experience to orientate them and accelerate their understanding of what it is required to excel in a corporate environment.
We work with graduates/school leavers and employers of graduates. Our programs are designed for:
- New work entrants keen to build their business skills to promote their employability and marketability.
- Corporations wanting to partner with a service provider to deliver their Graduate Induction program.
- Smaller businesses only taking in only a few graduates but wanting to ensure they receive the benefit of a structured graduate program.
